This web site provides the reader with an understanding of how muscle and joint pain is related to adaptive muscle shortening (AMS); and resolves these pain syndromes through use of a daily exercise program, entitled: PAIN-FREE AT LAST!. Medication merely treats your SYMPTOMS, whereas this exercise program helps to correct the underlying mechanical CAUSES of pain and dysfunction. This program is based upon more than 20 years of research. BENEFITS:
*Natural and effective method of muscle and joint pain reduction/relief |
*Acts to prevent osteoarthritis by increasing joint spaces and decreasing compression |
*Spontaneous improvement of posture by promotion of correct muscle balance |
*Promotion of physical independence in the elderly |
*Improves balance by increasing potential walking speed |
*Promotes increased mental clarity by making it possible to exercise more vigorously |
*Promotes increased socialization by increasing walking stamina. |
*Optimizes athletic potential by increasing protein synthesis, elasticity and circulation |
*Helps to prevent sports-related injuries |
*Maximizes work productivity by decreasing incidence of repetitive stress injury (RSI) |
PROBLEM: AMS occurs spontaneously, being directly proportionate to physical activity level. AMS accumulates over time. AMS produces most muscle and joint pain syndromes, including Low Back Pain (LBP), Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI) and Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS).
SOLUTION: Exercise Program (synopsis): Unlike other stretching programs, this regimen additionally includes select strengthening exercises that promote correct postural alignment and joint biomechanics, resulting in decreased joint wear. It is the combination of the stretching and strengthening exercises that make this program so highly effective. This program is based upon more than 20 years of clinical research.
